Welcome To Rock Rose Ranches.

Rock Rose Ranches is located in Caldwell, Idaho, situated in the foothills of the beautiful Treasure Valley area. Our ranch is just 15 minutes from the Idaho Horse Park in Nampa, and 45 minutes from the Boise Airport.

We are AQHA performance horse breeders of quality versus quantity. Although small, our band of broodmares carry top working performance pedigrees, willing minds, and exceptional temperaments. Let us briefly introduce you to the inspiration behind our program:

Magic Sandy is our top broodmare based on both pedigree and produce earnings to date. She is a maternal half sister to the legendary SHOW BIZ KITTY. Sandy's first foal was a Semi -Finalist at the 2015 NCHA futurity. Check out additional information about Magic Sandy throughout our site; including her 2022 filly by Once In a Blue Boon, (3/4 sister to the almighty ALL SPICE).

Jessicat has NRCHA earnings and she has become quite a producer of athletes with cow sense. Her 2019 colt Chip Off The Boss is successfully competing in the NRCHA non pro division. Jessi's 2020 filly was sold and will be debuting in 2023 Open Division NRCHA snaffle bit futurities.

One Time Lola is our youngest and very pretty maiden mare out of Magic Sandy. She looked extremely promising when started but an early life pasture injury could not sustain training. To the breeding shed she went in 2023 and we await her first foal in 2024.

Next is Snorty Little Pep, a beautiful buckskin mare leased and bred to Metallic Rebel. The resulting 2022 seal brown colt is super smart and clearly an athlete.
